We offer three premium materials: Metal Prints (vibrant aluminum with floating mount), Acrylic Prints (museum-grade with glass-like finish), and Canvas Prints (traditional gallery-wrap with archival inks). Each offers a unique aesthetic and all are built to last.
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping within the contiguous United States is always free and typically takes 3-5 business days via FedEx or UPS Ground. Rush production and expedited shipping are available upon request.
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your print, simply contact us to arrange a return. Items must be in original condition. We'll provide a full refund or exchange.
Yes! All prints include mounting hardware and are ready to hang right out of the box. Metal prints have a floating mount system, acrylic prints include standoffs, and canvas prints have sawtooth hangers on the back.
Absolutely. While we offer standard sizes, we can accommodate custom dimensions for most images. Contact us with your desired size and we'll provide a quote and confirm availability for that particular photograph.
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your location and we'll work with you to arrange international delivery.
We use professional color calibration to ensure consistency. However, every screen displays colors differently. We stand behind our prints 100% and offer returns if the print doesn't meet your expectations.
Simply dust with a soft, dry cloth as needed. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity areas. Metal and acrylic prints are particularly durable and resistant to fading. Canvas prints should be kept away from moisture.
Due to our production process, we don't typically offer proofs. However, all prints undergo strict quality control. If you have concerns about a specific image or size, please contact us before ordering.
Yes, we work with interior designers, hotels, corporate offices, and commercial buyers. We also offer licensing for commercial use. Please contact us to discuss wholesale pricing and licensing options.
While rare, if your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. All shipments are carefully packaged and insured.
